William Morris

William Morris is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona and has over 16 years of experience as a criminal defense attorney handling every type of criminal case from DUI’s and misdemeanors to serious, high-level felonies. William grew up with a unique insight into the American justice system; his father was a police officer. Though many of his father’s colleagues were decent humans personally, professionally William still had the displeasure of seeing how police power can so readily and easily be abused.

Given this background and upbringing, it probably comes as no surprise that William was drawn to criminal defense when he started law school two decades ago. While attending law school at Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law William also obtained an MBA, magna cum laude, along with his law degree. For those who are familiar with the movie, A Few Good Men, starring Tom Cruise and Jack Nicholson, Tom Cruise’s character was based upon the story of renowned attorney, former U.S. Navy JAG, and Campbell Law graduate, Donald Marcari! Needless to say, if you have seen the movie, you should have no doubt that Campbell Law specializes in graduating attorneys with top-notch, unsurpassed litigation skills; William is no exception.

Following law school, William moved back to his home state of Arizona and opened his law firm, which he owned and operated for over 15 years until joining the Rosenstein Law Group.

William is a kind, caring, and compassionate attorney who genuinely cares about each and every client, personally. William has a unique and personal understanding how impactful and stressful being charged with a crime can be, not only on the client but the client’s family members as well.

William is an Arizona native born and raised in southern Arizona and has lived in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wonderful wife Kate for the past 14 years. He is an avid sports fan (college football being his absolute favorite), race car driver, and motorcycle enthusiast.

At work, clients are William’s top priority, but William also cares about the larger Arizona community as well. As such, William often dedicates his time, expertise, and compassion to various philanthropic programs: We the People, Kids to Court, Maricopa County’s Elementary School Pipeline Program, provides pro bono legal services to the Veteran Stand-Down program, and is a board member of a local non-profit focused on charitable activities throughout the community.
